Meet Leila
This little girl is approx 3 months old and weighs 21 lbs. She is one of Chrissy's puppies *she is on our website also*. Chrissy was kept outside, tied up all the time, and her babies were kept outside in a pen and could not get to her. Finally someone convinced the owner to give them all up, and our volunteer had to go out and cut the rope off of moms neck and load up the pups. Leila has been in a foster home for a few weeks and was shy at first, but is coming around. She is in a home with other dogs, kids and a cat too. She loves to snuggle and is quickly learning what being cared for and loved is all about and how great it is.
