Meet Norma

It is always so disturbing when a declawed cat like Norma is found outside as a stray. Was she dumped, or is she lost? Of course we don't know, but this sweet cat was outside on her own with no front claws with which to defend herself. Norma is estimated to be 8 years old and is happy to be inside, safe and sound until she finds her new permanent home - indoors!
