Meet Harper
Harper is probably a border collie-lab mix with lots of energy and a cute little nub of a tail. she is approx one year old and 40 lbs. She adores people and wants attention so badly that she will jump up so probably no young children for now. I think with her love of food and her desire for attention & wanting to please, she will be easy to train. She will pull on leash but is not so bad that she will pull you over. She has gotten along w/ the other large dogs she has met but basically ignores them if you are around to get attention.
