Prim is a Boxer / Australian Shepherd mix.
Prim is 3 years old, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and spayed. She needs an indoor home where she will be the only spoiled pet for the rest of her life. She does best with a fenced in yard, or someone who will take her on long walks at least twice a day. She walks great on a leash and really enjoys it. She's house trained and crate trained but she has a lot of energy, so she needs someone who would enjoy an exercise companion. She adores toys and would love a basket full to keep her entertained, and a big comfy dog bed to destroy her toys on. Her favorite are crinkle toys and bottles. Prim does amazing hiking, riding, swimming, and camping. She will stay on your heels everywhere you go. She plays fetch and can learn tricks in under half an hour. She's the smartest dog you'll probably ever meet and loves to be put to work. She's perfect for someone who loves being outdoors. Some of her favorite things to do is go running with you off leash down wood trails and playing in creek beds. She does great and stays right with you. She'll even be your kid's best friend and is amazing with "her people". She loves to be included in outdoor games with the kids. She even enjoys playing on the trampoline with them. She will love her family so strongly that she does not like sharing with any other dogs and will be protective of her people-kids when she leaves the house with them. There is a home check and a rehoming fee that will be returned after one year of care. I am willing to travel to find her the right home/rescue.
