Rosie Lee is a sweet love of a pup who likes to hang out with you and go for walks.

Adoption Coordinator: tracey cain
Breed Estimate: Beagle mix
Gender: Female
Approximate weight: 30 lbs
Approximate age: 5
Location: IN foster
Cratetrained: Yes
Coat Type: Med
Personality: Rosie Lee is a wonderful 5 year old beagle. She gets along with other dogs and has been exposed to cats without a problem. She currently lives with a 9 year old boy and a 12 year old girl and loves attention from them. She might be better suited to a home with older children.

After her morning walk and breakfast Rosie loves to curl up on "her" chair for a good nap. She LOVES her walks and is let out about 4x a day. She is almost house-trained.

She is not a huge fan of being picked up but does love attention and belly rubs. Rosie will frequently seek attention from her foster family and has been known to push in when the resident dogs are getting their belly rubs!

Rosie would be great in the city or suburbs. She doesn't bark much. Does fine in the house during the day and is wonderfully sassy!

Could she be the dog for you?

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering by visiting http://www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/dog-and-cat-foster-program/
