Aptly named Cocoa for her deep, sleek coat and sparkling brown eyes, the chic 7-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua entered our care after the death of her owner. While somewhat shy when first meeting strangers, she has transitioned well and is now gaily romping about with the other dogs.
