Meet Mr. Smee

Mr. Smee Be warned all ye of soft hearts…The Brigade of Beauteous Blondes is arriving at the farm and they are gonna fly out those doors in a hot minute! Momma Maxine gave birth to these gorgeous kids right around Christmas time and they have been growing like weeds and blossoming into some amazing souls in the last two months while in a foster home. Mr. Smee, if you can keep a secret, is the favorite of his two legged foster sister! He is on the smaller side of the boys and sports a more golden coat with some white on his face and his nose in particular. He is a good time kinda guy, usually playing with whichever sibling is up for a game of chase your tail or carry that leaf around the year. Mr. Smee sports the tell tale curly Q tail of his mother and siblings and also has rather striking colored eyes that are a mix of gray and green. His coat is slightly fluffier than some of his siblings. He is likely a mix between lab and daschund and will be around 30 lbs full grown by our estimates. Mr. Smee knows everything there is to know about going to the bathroom ouside as he has been doing it all along. He is super quiet and like his siblings, settles in for a full night’s sleep without a peep after a snack of his favorite dog cookies before bedtime. Mr. Smee is sure to be the fav of any family and would love some children of his own in the future to adore him as much as he has been adored in his foster home!

All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.

Our Adoption Form can be completed online https://savinggracenc.org/how-to-adopt/. Please visit our new website at https://savinggracenc.org

An Adoption Form is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a potential adoptee or a foster home.

Sending an Adoption Form does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes.

If you'd like to donate to help cover the cost of care for these wonderful dogs awaiting new homes, please visit https://savinggracenc.org/giving/

Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
