Perry Italian Greyhound & Rat Terrier Mix Wake Forest, NC

Our heart really goes out to this sweet guy because he has had a less than ideal life. Perry was living outside in-between a couple of houses, fending for himself, struggling to find food and just survive. When he finally got picked up by Animal Control we think it was almost a relief for this poor boy. His lucky day came when Molly walked in and offered him a golden ticket on the freedom bus back to the farm. Perry is not quite sure about all the hustle and bustle and he’s still trying to figure out who he can trust. He responds well to people that take time to let him come to them. He longs to crawl in your lap and just rest. Perry is about 4 years old and 16-17 lbs. and whoever opens their heart to make Perry their own is going to get one heck of a loyal dog. If you want a companion who will lay at your feet while you work or follow you from room to room, that’s Perry. He SO wants to hand his heart over to love and be loved. All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.
