Meet Cadence and Moondrop
Cadence and Moon Drop are the prettiest sisters. They look like twins except for their nose color. Moon Drop has the more orangey nose. At only a year or so they are still very active like kittens playing with toys and chasing each other around. They have been together their whole lives and look to each other for confidence in facing what life has to offer. They came from a home with too many pets.
Both girls are FIV positive and we would like them to go to a home together. We do not charge an adoption fee for FIV cats.
FIV+ cats can live long and healthy lives if kept indoors, fed a high-quality diet and brought to the vet for regular check-ups. Please give the sisters a chance to have a loving home. FIV is spread to other cats only through deep bite wounds and cannot be spread to people or dogs. You can learn more about it on the Cornell Vet School's website: http://www.vet.cornell.edu/fhc/health_information/brochure_fiv.cfm
To apply for a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application from this page:

If a cat is listed on our website, that means that cat is still available for adoption.
The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers so adoption meetings take place on Saturdays from 11 - 1:00 during adoption hours, or by appointment. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125 if 5 years old or younger and $75 for cats 6 years and up. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, microchip, combo testing (for FeLV and FIV) and spaying/neutering.
