Meet Stormy or as her foster lovingly calls her “Miss Thing” because she thinks she is all that and it’s true. Stormy is a deaf female Australian Cattle Dog, born 10/17/17 and her most defining characteristics, loyalty, intellect and social nature match her Libra zodiac sign perfectly. Breed experience is preferable in finding Stormy’s perfect adopter since she also comes with all the ACD characteristic and personality. She is high-energy, loyal, obedient, affectionate, playful and friendly. Stormy will need daily rigorous exercise or activity such as agility training, running, hiking, or any activity that will engage her body and mind or will provide a job for her to do. Stormy is crate trained and has potty training pretty much mastered. Her favorite game is fetch and she has learned the sign for come while playing this game and picking up the sign for give. Play is an excellent training environment for deaf puppies. She also knows the sign for potty, good girl and sit. Since Stormy is deaf a fence yard is preferred. Because of her herding instincts families with very young children would not be advised. Stormy would make a loyal and loving companion for an active person.
