Kayla Weimaraner Grand Rapids, MI

Kayla came to GLWR with her two siblings - Rylie and Silverstone. The three pups were seized by Animal Control when they were found to be living in an unsuitable outdoor environment. Kayla needs to be brought into a home and worked with for potty training and acclimation the same as you would a new pup. She did not grow up n a home and was kept as a backyard pen dog. We do not consider her 100% housebroken at this time and will need an adopter committed to working with her. She is the larger of the two females and the most outgoing of the the three. For being BYBR dogs she and her siblings are friendly and social and love to play and run. She can be shy at first but once she knows you she will run right up to you for attention. Fast and furious in play she is like liquid lightning out in the field when she runs! Due to her por start in life we are seeking a home with another weim that can help her learn the "ropes' of being a companion in home dog. She is very bright and learns quickly and we are confident she will acclimate to a in home routine in no time. If you feel that you can provide the type of home that Kayla needs she will make a great new family companion for you. She is currently being fostered in Grand Haven, MI.
