Meet TRUMAN:: New to our rescue, 8-10 months old, Neutered Male Border Collie/Flat-Coated Retriever/Black Labrador Retriever mix, 45 pounds.

This gorgeous young pup is searching for his forever home! Truman is great with other dogs, with kids and friendly with everyone he meets! He is very intelligent and treat motivated, so he is always ready to learn new things. Truman knows basic commands, is housebroken, crate trained and well mannered in the home. He will do best with an active family who will provide him with the physically and mentally stimulating activities he needs. He would do well in a home with another dog who loves to play.

Adoption fee is $150, Truman is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm and flea prevention, and microchipped.

Fenced yard REQUIRED to adopt Truman.

Our adoption area, unless otherwise specified in their bio, is within a two hour radius of Cincinnati for adult dogs.

Adoption events are held every Saturday in our thrift store from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Please complete your adoption application in advance so our volunteers have time to screen and contact potential adopters.

IMPORTANT: All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and qualifications are based on best fit for each individual pet. A volunteer will contact you if you are selected for a meet with adoptable pet. Final approval is always made in person.
