Meet Robbie

Pocket lab bonanza at Saving Grace friends and neighbors! Pull up that computer screen and get working on your application for Robbie, one of three new mini yellow labs who arrived at the farm and are ready to roll out for Christmas into a home just like yours! Robbie is a lab and maybe fiest mix who is about 5 months old and about 20 lbs and is expected to be about 35 when full grown. He is the perfect mix of a yellow lab with a somewhat smaller breed who will bring with him all of the fun and energy of a lab but in a portable package that is quite a bit calmer and more gentle then the full bred lab who weighs in at 60 lbs! Robbie has been nothing but easy since his arrival at the farm. Easy and quiet in a crate, no fuss about the right place to go potty and easy peasy friends with all of the dogs he has met, both of a larger and smaller nature. Robbie would fit seamlessly into a house with other dogs and likely even a cat but at the same time is more than ready to lap up all of the love of a forever family. He has a huge heart and gentle nature like his brothers and would therefore be wonderful with children of any age. We can say with confidence that your family would be lucky to welcome this sweet boy home this winter as he is a ready made family member who is learning how to be outgoing but knows the kindness of human touch and is ready to blossom into a social butterfly with the love of your family.

All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.

Our Adoption Application and Adoption Contract can be downloaded from our website savinggracenc.org or the Petfinder Homepage. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please e-mail a completed Adoption Application to savinggrace@savinggracenc.org. An Application is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a potential adoptee or a foster home.

Sending an Application does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption.

Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
