Meet Sherbet

Sherbet was found out hopping around outside when she was just a baby. She was rescued and was a beloved family pet until the landlord recently decided he was no longer going to allow pets and that meant Sherbet must find a new home. Her owner was very sad to part with her.

She is approximately 4 years old. Sherbert is now in a foster home where she is enjoying hopping around her room and spending time with the young children. She is learning to enjoy being brushed and is already very good for nail trims.

Rabbits are active, gentle pets that are happiest and healthiest when they have a large clean cage, lots of play time out of their cage, and plenty of fresh hay and veggies daily. All of the Medfield Shelter's bunnies are indoor pets and would not do well outside in a hutch.
