Pugzie Shih Tzu Mix Chatham, ON

Requirements: Secure fenced yard, another playful, little dog in the home. Our volunteers travel to homes so we can only accept adoption applications from Chatham Kent, Windsor, Sarnia, London and points within these boundaries.

Pugzie is a playful 5 year old ShihTzu who weighs 16 lbs. His foster describes him as a fabulous little dog who loves all humans, and especially ones who will cuddle with him. His overall friendly and happy nature wins over everyone who meets him.
Medium activity level, this boy enjoys being busy - walks, playing with toys, people or dogs, and cuddling. He has zero interest in chasing any wild animals such as squirrels.
Pugzie is tolerant and gentle with children but he sometimes mouths gently in play which may frighten youngsters. He has a stubborn streak and will harmlessly grumble under his breath if he disagrees with doing something.....all the while wagging his tail while he talks.
Pugzie is currently on special food to treat struvite crystals in the urine. This will be rechecked on October 27.
