Meet Minnie

This little girl is Minnie, and she and her brother were dumped off at a high kill shelter and when it was full and they were out of space, they were both in jeopardy of being pts since they were owner surrenders. Some people do not realize, but dogs who are owner surrendered are the first ones to be euthanized because they know they don't have to hold them to be reclaimed. Minnie's foster mom says this about her:

Minnie is about 13 lbs and just one year old. She is more energetic and outgoing than her brother. She can be shy at first with people and spooks a little at loud noises, but is Loving once she feels comfortable. Minnie gets along with all of the other fosters dogs. She will bark at her cat, but if the cat hisses, she runs and leaves her alone. She is spayed, and housebroken too.
