Tiramisu Domestic Short Hair Mix Medfield, MA

9-year-old Tiramisu is as sweet as the Italian dessert she was named after. She lost her home when her owner when she went into a nursing home and wasn't doing well at the Shelter so she moved to a great foster home where she has a sunny room of her own with lots of toys. Tiramisu's foster says that she is a gentle, quiet cat who would prefer to be the only cat but might accept another cat or even a small dog as long as they are laidback. She loves being at her foster family's house and would prefer a quiet home where she can take her naps in the sun, walk around to check on the day's event and spend quality time with her owner. We are looking for an owner that will allow her to come out when she's ready and not be forced to interact until she decides she is ready to seek out and attention and petting. Once she is comfortable in a new place she is affectionate and really enjoys the attention.

If a cat is listed on our website, that means that cat is still available for adoption. The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers so adoption meetings take place on Saturdays from 11 - 1:00 during adoption hours, or by appointment. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125 if 5 years old or younger and $75 for cats 6 years and up. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, microchip, combo testing (for FeLV and FIV) and spaying/neutering.
