Martin Bernese Mountain Dog & Hound Mix Springfield, MO

Oh sorry, didn't see you there. I was too busy playing with my doggie friends, it's what I LOVE to do. My name is Martin, and I am a year old Bernese Mountain dog and hound mix. In other words,  I am 65-70 lbs of pure love. I am house trained, crate trained (I don't like it but I gotta do what I gotta do). Those chain link fences are no match for me so a home with a privacy fence is a must. My foster fam says that I am perfect all the way around. I really want to find my forever home but I have a few requests. I'm allowed requests, right guys!?


1) I have to have a doggie friend. I love love LOVE to play with my foster brothers and sisters. I would be pretty sad being the only one.


2) I need a fenced in yard- boy's gotta run and play, ya know!?


3) I like my little foster humans, they are the BEST so I would really like some little humans in my forever home.


4) I am not too big on toys so I don't necessarily HAVE to have them, but better to be safe than sorry- please have some on standby just in case.


5) I'm a big guy, what can I say!? I am working super hard on my manners and I know how to sit and I am learning I get more love when I sit than when I jump. I need a forever family that will have patience with me and will help me continue to work on my manners.


6) Guys, seriously, I LOVE this whole walk thing. My foster family takes me on a LOT of walks and they say that I am the perfect walking/running partner. I am not going to argue with them, I am pretty darn awesome! I would really like a family that takes me on walks or runs...Almost


My foster mom says that anyone would be happy to have me as part of their family!!!


My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
