Meet Jack
Glorious in his golden coat, 3-year-old Lab mix, Jack, is just learning how freedom feels. At 23 pounds, he far outweighs his petite mom, Matilda, but having spent his entire life in a warehouse, is still new to running and playing. Sensitive and shy, he has neither been socialized nor trained, and our volunteers are working with him to make up for lost time. More of a ladies lad, he is slower to warm up to men, but once he trusts, he is sweet and eager to please. Given time, patience and loving in just the right home, he is certain to fulfill his potential and grow into the most loving and loyal of companions.
