This precious doll is Louisa, a 6-year-old Shih Tzu, who weighs 16 pounds. Louisa is a laid back little girl who likes to cuddle, or hang out in a fenced yard. She also does well on a leash should you want to take walks with her. Louisa is potty-trained, crate-trained, quiet, and very well-mannered. She gets along with other dogs, and cats too! Louisa rarely barks except for a tiny yip/whine when she needs to go potty.

Louisa came to us as a stray in poor condition. She had flea-allergy dermatitis, a broken tail, and two badly infected eyes. Louisa has blossomed after a partial tail amputation and lots of spa days to get her fur in tip top shape again. The infection in her eyes has cleared, however she will not regain sight in the left one. She can see perfectly well with her right eye, and she isn't hindered one bit! Louisa must go to a home with no children under the age of 12. Her minimum adoption fee is $165 plus a $10 fee for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
