Meet Bessie
Bessie is a approx 2 years old and 9 lbs. She was surrendered along with two other small dogs from her home, right before the storm. The shelters wanted all of the dogs out so we were lucky enough to be able to get them all out and into foster homes. Now they are all looking for new homes and to start their lives over.
