Sonoma Parson Russell Terrier & Chihuahua Mix Los Angeles, CA

Adorable Sonoma was surrendered to the shelter by her previous owner and we can not imagine why because she is a fantastic little girl! She is quiet, sweet and very loving and loves nothing more than to cuddle with her human friend. She is GREAT on walks and on leash, and also enjoys hanging out quietly in her crate when she comes home. She is housetrained, does her potty as soon as you take her out and has never had an accident. She would do equally well in a small apt or condo with frequent walks as she would in a home with a yard to play. She is highly adaptable to being an only dog or part of a pack. A quick learner and eager to please, she takes cues from her surroundings and readily makes herself at home. She is the perfect dog and ready to find that special family who will let her know just how special she is and offer her a home forever. Sonoma is not to be missed, if you’re looking for a little sweetheart you MUST meet her.

She was overweight when we first met her at 20 lbs, and with the right good food and daily exercise, she is a perfect 15 lbs today. She does a very brisk 3 mile walk every morning.
