Meet Ember
Ember showed up as a stray in Berwick on cat lover Sally's back porch. This young tortie was very friendly from the start. She would follow Sally around and chat with her. Sally couldn't take her because she already had four cats so she called us. We were able to get Ember into a foster home in the Middleburg area. There she is described as super friendly and loves to give head butts and rub up against you. She likes to even stand on her two back legs to get more attention. She seems to be easy going and relaxed and adjusts to new situations quickly. She also loves to run after the laser light. She has a striking orange and black coat with a blaze of orange on her tail we've never seen before on a tortoiseshell coat. Ember was born in December 2016 and is FeLV/FIV negative, up-to-date on vaccines, litter trained, dewormed and spayed. If you are interested in adopting Ember please contact Michelle at 570-759-0920.
