Aslan is a 1-year-old neutered male with a medium length classic tabby coat and light gold eyes to match. He was brought to the shelter as a stray on 07/23/17. Like all cats with a longer coat, Aslan will need a home that will treat him like a king, brushing him often to keep his coat from getting matted, and he loves the attention! He also loves to play with you and enjoys wand-toys with a human attached to the other end, or if you are having a busy day he is happy to just dash about, exploring his domain. He is very curious about the world and is super friendly to all of his human subjects. His favorite throne is being high on a cat tree that happens to be near a window where he can entertain himself watching for birds and other critters while they scamper about. He does need a home where there are no other contenders for the throne, so no other kitties for this fine feline! Aslan is a mellow fellow that adores attention and being pampered. He has an instant purr and is quick to star kneading with his paws. It may not be very king-like to beg, but he wants you to know that if you adopt him, he promises to be the perfect companion cat for you.
