Meet Oliver
Oliver doesn't know what has happened. For his whole life he had one owner, a lovely woman. Then she got married, life might have gotten different but he still felt he belonged. Then they had a baby. When the babied cried, as all babies do he was absolutely miserable, often hiding in the basement to get away from all the noise. Now the baby is crawling ( and still cries and yells of course) and that is even more frightening. His owner made the sad decision Oliver needs a new home, a quiet home without babies or toddlers.
Oliver has never lived with another pet and has always been an indoor cat. His owner took great care of him including a recent dentistry. He is 7 yrs. old.

If a cat is listed on our website, that means that cat is still available for adoption. The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers so adoption meetings take place on Saturdays from 11 - 1:00 during adoption hours, or by appointment. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125 if 5 years old or younger and $75 for cats 6 years and up. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, microchip, combo testing (for FeLV and FIV) and spaying/neutering.
