Meet Annie
This girl is Annie and she is just so sweet and what a love she is. She is approx 45 lbs and two years old. She was in a high kill shelter and one of our volunteers went in for one dog, and came out with this girl as well. She said she could not leave her behind, she just had eyes that pleaded with her to save her. Thankfully she did because that same shelter was so overcrowded they had to put a lot of dogs down the next day. Now Annie is living in a foster home with another dog and loves to run in the yard and play with her foster sister. She is also living with two young kids, 4 and 6, and is absolutely wonderful with them. She is housebroken too which is a huge plus. She rode six hours in a crate and did not make a single noise, nor did she when it was time to go to sleep in her foster home.
