Meet Mateo
Meet Mateo!
He is a 9 month old Catahoula looking for his forever home! Like most Catahoulas, Mateo is a very active and smart guy that needs some guidance. He lived with his brother on several acres of land up until recently when his family moved to an apartment complex. Mateo was having difficulty with the transition and will need obedience training and preferably a job to keep his mind and body active and out of trouble. Mateo can be a little leery of strangers but warms up with treats. He got a long well with his brother and littermate but does seem a little dog selective. He will need to be introduced carefully to other dogs. He would be best in a home without small children or animals.
Mateo will need a secure 6ft privacy fence in his new home. He is housebroken, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm and flea preventative.
