Sweet Hope is an 8-year-old female Maltipoo who is very docile with adults and seems to like older children quite a bit. Hope may be nervous or shy at times, so a patient family will find reward in Hope’s affection.

Hope sits quietly on car rides and, since she sleeps a lot, she would prefer a laid-back home where the people are ok with giving her the space to sleep, and to take her on short walks but then bring her home for a nap.

Hope likes human company but does not pay much attention to other dogs. She would do fine in a home with or without another dog but Hope has not yet met any cats, so she is not sure how she feels about them.

Hope’s family will need to know that she has had most of her teeth pulled. This means that she needs her food soaked and mashed with a fork, an important detail in caring for Hope.

This little miss is a good girl, and she is just waiting to meet her furever family. If Hope seems like she might fit into your family, fill out an application at www.ckanimalrescue.com to meet her and start your journey towards bringing Hope home.

Adoption fee: $350
Hope is spayed, has had a dental, is microchipped, up to date with vaccinations and is currently on Revolution for flea, heartworm and tick prevention,
