Meet Diamond/adoption pending

Sweet Diamond was originally brought to us four years ago by a kind rescuer who saved her from the streets of Boston. She was just returned due to her owner's move to assisted living. She is approximately eight years old and will be ready for adoption as soon as we can get her updated on her vet care. She came back to us overweight and was heavily matted so she has had to have her back clipped down to the skin. Diamond has been friendly and affectionate since arriving at the shelter and loves catnip toys. She needs an owner that will help her lose some weight and will brush her regularly so she doesn't have to suffer from painful mats again.

If a cat is listed on our website, that means that cat is still available for adoption. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125 if 5 years old or younger and $75 for cats 6 years and up. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, microchip, testing for FeLV and spaying/neutering.
