YOU SHALL NOT PASS! My colon was acting just like Gandalf from Lord of the Rings and not letting my uh……..waste product go through due to a colon stricture. Stricture, fancy Dogtor word for a narrowing of part of the colon. So even though my entire family, even my fur Mama was rescued and adopted out early last year, I have been hanging around God’s Dogs Rescue home base getting my colon fixed. That’s right Major had a MAJOR medical issue and now I am fixed after weekly dilations for about 7 months.

It’s about time! Now I am completely healed and ready to pawty at a new house. I am a MALE about 1.5 yrs old and fully grown at mid-sized 45 pounds. My litter was a Brittany Spaniel/Pittie mix. My spaniel genes gifted me the stunning white coat contrasted perfectly with my liver colored spots. Liver! What a gross, yet delicious way to describe my patch color, but not as gross as colon strictures, that’s for sure.

I have fun around other dogs and my temperament is SWEET mixed with LOVING. I can be a bit shy at first, since I have been sick and not allowed to go out and about the town for months, but I warm up like butter on the pan. You will be enchanted by the way my light hazel eyes jump out from my handsomely gorgeous red liver mask. I am a smart, playful and happy guy just so excited to finally be better and I can’t wait to meet my new family, is it you?

GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 FOR LOCAL DOGS AND $250.00 FOR PUPPIES. ( Local is in the state of Texas)! Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $500.00 for puppies. We transport all over the country!!
