Meet Franklin, the best lil' lap warmer around! This guy came to us terrified and confused after being abandoned. He had rashes all over due to poor nutrition. A new diet, some special shampoo from the vet, and lots of love have completely transformed this sweet boy! Franklin is about 19 pounds, 2-3 years old, and possibly a Chihuahua and Puggle mix.He gets along with other dogs, ignores cats, and likes respectful kids, just fine! We hope you like cuddles and kisses, because he gives plenty! Franklin is very tolerant of other dogs and might even romp around with them from time to time! His favorite thing to do is hang with his people, though. Franklin would make a fantastic companion dog. Franklin is current on shots, microchipped and neutered. The adoption fee for Franklin is $205.
