Meet Annie

Annie arrived not too long ago with her twin brother, Andy. These two clearly have some beagle in their line but almost look a little like Puggles who had access to some really good wrinkle cream and dodged the smoosh of the pug face. Like most hounds who make their way to the shelter, Annie wasn't much for the running and ado needed to be a hunter. She says she prefers to play, sniff and meander around the fields rather than work in them! Annie would be more than willing to tolerate a cat and she has stated she would be happiest in a home with another dog to show her the ropes. Annie is great in her crate and adores time outside often running in circles with all of her new friends! A young lady at about 1-2 years old, Annie has a ton of life and love to offer and wants you to know that a quieter home with adults and another dog are must haves!! Annie is a country girl though and will likely need some introduction to life in a suburban house including leash walking, televisions and bikes and scooters to name a few. Annie is waiting, just come sit a spell with her!

If Interested in meeting Annie, please complete the online application from the Saving Grace website. She is available for an adoption fee of $350 that includes her vaccines, microchip, spay and heartworm test/treatment.

All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their shots, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.

If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please e-mail a completed Adoption Application to savinggrace@savinggracenc.org. An Application is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a foster home and potential adoptee.

The Adoption Application and Adoption Contract can be downloaded from the Petfinder Homepage or our new website at www.savinggracenc.org or by clicking on the links below: Click here to download an adoption request today. Click here to download an adoption contract. Click to see our events! Sending an Application does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption.

Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
