Applejack Domestic Short Hair Mix Louisville, KY

Applejack, along with her litter of three, was transferred to our shelter from another county shelter that was over-run with felines. She spent the first 3-4 weeks in foster care until her babies were weaned and she could be spayed. Now she's at ACS hoping for her 'furever' home! The foster mom told us that Applejack is very loving, likes to sit on your lap, will let you hold her for a little while, and is very talkative when she's alone and wants attention. It took Applejack several weeks to acclimate to the other cats sharing her free-roaming cat room and she still keeps her distance from them. She doesn't appear to care much for dogs either but, over time, she may become more comfortable. If she had her druthers, though, we think Applejack would prefer to be your one and only furbaby!
