Mabel Beagle Minneapolis, MN

Hi! I am Mabel, the happiest pup you will ever meet! I may look shy in my photos, but looks can be deceiving. I have so much love and enthusiasm for life that sometimes I literally cannot even contain myself! During the day, I can entertain myself for hours playing with my toys, chasing my tail, running and rolling in my backyard or getting snuggles and giving kisses to my foster parents. I get along great with my foster brother and sister beagles, though sometimes I may have a wee bit too much energy for them. Sometimes I forget my manners and get too excited around them, but I am learning quickly about boundaries. I am just so happy to be in Minnesota! If I found a forever home with other dogs or kids to play with, that would be fantastic. I would love to have a fenced-in backyard. I am a beagle, so I follow my nose everywhere! Lots of grass to roll in would be a bonus. In my previous life in Kentucky, I do not remember living in a house, but since I am such a quick study, I am pretty much housebroken already! My foster parents tell me I am super smart. After hours of playtime, I will crash on the couch, in my foster parents arms or in my doggy bed. At night I a€™m happy to sleep in my kennel, though any soft couch or bed is fine by me! Life is pretty great and I hope soon I will find a forever home with people who will appreciate my love of life! I have the spirit of a dog ten times my size, and I would love to share it with my new family.

Mabel is estimated to be 2-3 years old and 18 lbs. Since we don't know at all what doggy genes are in the dogs make up (we don't know who mom and dad are!), we are just guessing on breed.

All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They have all had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer, are treated for fleas, have a heartworm test if over 6 months old and are up to date on a heartworm preventative.
