Fergie Calico Vine Grove, KY

Fergie arrived at the Animal Refuge Center along with her kittens, Smith & Wesson about a month and a half ago. She is a beautiful, 3 year old Calico who loves sitting in laps. Fergie loves kittens a lot and her mothering instincts are still present even though she has been spayed. In fact, recently she spent a few days in our Snuggery with the baby kittens while Bojangles was at Feeders Supply. Fergie sees herself as a protector of cats and while she isn't really an Alpha, if a kitty has a problem with her or one of her friends, she will stand her ground. She loves other female cats, but isn't as fond of males. When it comes to humans, Fergie isn't picky and loves us all and will do well in a home with or without other kitties.

Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats, $85 for Dogs
All our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. Our dogs have been tested and are presently on Heartworm prevention. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy. Our cats are too old to be declawed without risk of serious behavioral problems.
