Meet ROSIE
Did someone say POODLES?!
Peppermint Pig Animal Rescue was called out by a local shelter to assist with the oodles of poodles that were surrendered and then taken from a breeder's property. Their living conditions were so horrible that rescuers had to wear Hazmat gear to go into the premises. We believe they have all spent most of their lives in their small wire crates producing puppies. We rescued 8 total, and the rest were taken to other rescues.
Rosie is completely blind, and had to have all of her teeth removed during her spay due to severe decay and infection. Rosie is extremely sweet and affectionate and loves to be held. Rosie has the best personality and is guaranteed to keep everyone around her smiling.
Adoption fee is $150. She is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped.

Adoption events are held every Saturday in our thrift store from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Please complete your adoption application in advance so our volunteers have time to screen and contact potential adopters.
All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and qualifications are based on best fit for each individual pet. A volunteer will contact you if you are selected for a meet with adoptable pet. Final approval is always made in person.
