Jilly Beagle & Shepherd Mix Minneapolis, MN

Hi I’m Jilly! Everyone says I’m super fun, silly, and that I get along with everyone. Well it’s true! I love to meet new people and new dogs all day long. I’m super smart and learning all the rules at my new foster home. They just love me there. I’m a fan of all kinds of toys, bones, stuffed toys, balls, even Frisbees! Someone threw one for me and I realized how much fun they are! How did I not know this before?! I’ve been to the dog park a few times and I have so much fun there too. I like to meet the new dogs there and run as fast as I can with the wind in my ears. And I always come back when foster mom says it’s time to go. I’m doing really well with my house training and learning how to walk nicely on a leash. I even kind of like that cat that’s at my foster home. I’ve been sleeping on a big cozy dog bed next to my foster mom’s bed and that is working out great. I’m also doing ok in the kennel while she’s away during the day. I’m patient with kids and I really like it when they run with me in the yard. I’m learning that not everyone likes their faces licked, but those kids are super delicious, and I just love them so much!

Jilly is estimated to be about 1.5 years old and weighs 27 lbs. Since we don't know at all what doggy genes are in the dogs make up (we don't know who mom and dad are!), we are just guessing on breed.

All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They have all had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer, are treated for fleas, have a heartworm test if over 6 months old and are up to date on a heartworm preventative.
