My name is Bear. I'm a 7 year old Shepherd mix. My back story is a sad one, but I'm here searching for the love and attention I deserve! I was found on the side of the road; cold, hungry, and unloved. But these nice people at Rescue One have given me a warm home, love, and showed me how a real girl is suppose to be treated. It took me a while to warm up to my foster family, but once I did, I'm a sweet soul. My foster mom says I love to lay on the porch and alert them when there are visitors, so I would be a wonderful watch dog. I love to be petted, on my terms. Sometimes I just need my space to stretch and chill alone. I do fine with other dogs and children. I hope someone reads my story and has room in their hearts for an amazing girl that needs just a little love!
