Ozzey is a very relaxed 1-year-old neutered male that was surrendered to the shelter on 04/10/17. Whether you would like to call him a thumb cat, polydactyl, mitten-toe, or a Hemingway cat, Ossey is adorable and has extra toes on all four paws. This trait is simply the result of a genetic mutation from a dominant gene, and only a polydactyl can parent another polydactyl, which is why they are a bit rare. Ossey has a soft brown tabby and white coat with caramel colored eyes, and is looking for a home where humans love to cuddle with animals, He loves purring, cuddling, being petted, relaxing on your lap (which is much better than in your arms as that seems to scare him from time to time) and having his cheeks kissed. Ossey is good with dogs and other cats, but is a bit shy around children and some strangers. He is curious about EVERYTHING and will play with most cat toys. Ossey will melt your heart with his affection and instant motorboat purrrrr. What a Great Cat!
