Meet Ceasar! This fun loving, guy is much less serious than his photos would indicate . Ceasar is the sweetest, happiest boy around and will brighten just about any home. Ceasar has been wonderful with kids and everyone he meets. He is picky about his K9 friends so a no dog home may be best for him.
