Paddy Mastiff & Cattle Dog Mix Smithfield, NC

Hi my name is Paddy!! I'm a 4.5 month old Red Heeler/Mastiff puppy. My foster mom calls me Paddy Cakes because I like to sit on your feet and pat your leg and hand to get your attention. She calls me her big baby because all I want to do is sit in someone's lap and be held.

You see, I was a very sick puppy. My brothers and I had parvo and I was the sickest. I had to have a lot of medical attention and there were several nights my foster mom sat up all night with me holding me trying to make me feel better. I'm all better now and she says to look at me you would never know I was ever sick, but I remember being held and I liked it. I am now crate trained, house trained and can finally walk on a leash with my brother and foster siblings. I love to play outside... I spent so much time inside when I was sick that now when you open the back door I run outside in a happy hurry and spin circles around the big tree.
