Weaver Catahoula Leopard Dog Indianapolis, IN

Dreamweaver AKA Weaver here, back and better than ever! I am a male 3 year old Catahoula Leopard Dog. I weigh about 65lbs. I have a degenerative eye disease which is causing me to lose my vision. I still get around really well but sudden movements may startle me, so I can't be around kids. I am already potty trained and crate trained, and even though I don't need it to keep me out of trouble, my crate is my safe space and has been an important part of my training. I have been studying hard with a trainer to work on my socialization skills. I will need a home who understands my breed and will be willing to follow through with all of the training and hard work I've been doing! I am not big on cuddling, but I am goofy & sweet and will be loyal to my humans. I follow my foster mom everywhere and try to always be in the same room as she is, but I do prefer a nice dog bed to being on the couch or human bed. When I'm in the mood, I love to give kisses and be petted, especially ear scratches, and rubbing against your legs like a very big cat! I'm pretty goofy like that! I get along with other well-mannered dogs, and would probably ignore cats. I have been through the ringer and am just ready to find my forever home, where I can relax, be loved on, go for walks, maybe another doggie pal to play with. I am neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention. I am located in Bloomington, Indiana.
