Kate and her sister, Lilly, lost their homes when their owners had to move to care for a sick relative. The relative, unfortunately, turned out to be highly allergic to cats so Kate and Lilly were having to stay in the garage. Their owners wanted their beloved cats to have a new home where they would once again be pampered so they asked us to take Kate and Lilly. We were told that Kate is playful and loves feather toys, lived with a high-energy dog that she mostly avoided, loves to be petted and is accustomed to being brushed, and that she is good around well-mannered children. If you know cats, you know most of them require an adjustment period to new surroundings. Kate's new owner just needs to give her time to settle in so that he/she can benefit from all the love and affection Kate will bestow upon them.She's super affectionate with people but tends to be a a bully around other cats.
