Bilbey West Highland White Terrier / Westie & Parson Russell Terrier Mix Los Angeles, CA

Bilbey came to us when her human went into hospice care. She was originally found stray, sitting in the middle of the road where a good samaritan witnessed an SUV roll right over her! Luckily she was not injured. Bilbey is very sweet and loving, she can be a little shy with new people but warms up and bonds quickly and is very friendly with dogs of all sizes. She is AMAZING with cats, plays with those who want her attention and leaves those who do not alone, an incredible cat intuition and no prey drive. Her fosters say that she is a smart little girl who knows sit, stay and comes running to her name; is full of love, eager to please and has many endearing qualities (such as the little honk in her voice). She jumps in place when excited (and could jump into your arms if you reach down a little), loves to play fetch the ball (which she will drop at your feet). She also loves to sleep snuggled in bed with her humans. Bilbey would do best in a family with another dog to help with her separation anxiety, cat(s) and children would also be fine. She is not a big barker but will guard and alert her humans when someone approaches so would do best in a house.
