Chili (at PetSmart) Domestic Medium Hair Eau Claire, WI

Chili is an 11-year-old spayed female with a lovely medium length coat. She was sadly surrendered to the shelter on 02/12/17 because she was not allowed at their current home. She is shy and will do best in a quiet household. Chili tolerated a very mellow dog in her previous home, but would definitely not do well with an active dog in the household. Even though Chili is on the shy side, she has been doing quite well with all of the strangers that she sees at the shelter - she needs a little extra time to get to know you first, but warms up quickly. She is fine with children and wouldn't mind having a home with gentle kids around. She also does well with most other cats. Chili is independent with a couch potato personality. She loves attention, but is not a cuddle kitty. She did however sleep with an older child in her previous home. Like all longer haired cats, Chili will need to be brushed often to keep her coat from getting matted. She does well with being brushed, but will fuss if there are large mats to contend with. Chili is a very sweet girl that is anxious for a loving home. Chili is currently enjoying time being fostered at PetSmart, 4142 Commonwealth Ave., Eau Claire, WI.
