Meet Riley

Hi! My name is Riley and me and my sister Roxie found ourselves in a really scary place after our owners decided they didn't want us any more. Luckily, a volunteer saw how scared we were and was able to contact this really nice lady with BCAA who said they would help us find forever homes where we would be loved and taken care of…yeah! We are almost 7mos old and while I'm a little shy when I first meet new folks, it doesn't take me long to come around if you talk nice to me (treats help me know that I can trust you!). My foster mom says I'm pretty good on a leash, I love to eat and get treats, I like the other dogs I have met, and while I'm interested in the cats here I haven't been aggressive with them at all. I'm only a little over 24lbs and shouldn't get too much bigger as I seem to be taking after my mom who was a daschund (my dad was a lab).
