Meet Bella the prettiest wallflower
Six-year-old Bella was adopted from us a few months ago but was regretfully returned when her owner's living situation changed. She has always been an indoor cat and has not lived with other pets. We have been told she is timid at first. At the Shelter she is shy but very gentle. She is currently in our cage-free room and doing well with other cats.
The shelter receives cat like Bella frequently. Some cats do not receive enough attention as kittens and grow up shy. But we believe these cats, the wallflowers, are just as deserving and we are confident there are adopters who will come forward and give a shy cat a home. We love our special needs adopters!
To apply for a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application from this page:

If a cat is listed on our website, that means that cat is still available for adoption. The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers so adoption meetings take place on Saturdays from 11 - 1:00 during adoption hours, or by appointment. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125. Our kitten adoption fee (cats up to 6 months old) is $160 for a single kitten or $260 for a pair. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, microchip, combo testing (for FeLV and FIV) and spaying/neutering when old enough.
