My name is Willie Nelson. I am a 1-year-old neutered male Chihuahua/Terrier mix that joined the shelter family on 03/28/17. I am about ten pounds of playful cuteness waiting to fill your life with companionship and entertainment. The most important thing that you should know about me is that I will always need to be on leash when outside. My kennel at the shelter is a stainless steel one because I am very good at climbing wire kennels and fences. I will also need a home without cats as I like to chase them. I am outgoing, confident, and full of energy. I am super handsome, athletic, agile, and VERY smart. I know sit and stay. I am also very good on leash and I love to go for walks around the neighborhood, greeting strangers and being very proud of the person on the other end of my leash. I thrive on human companionship and I love to be next to you whenever I can - I even love to be under the blankets by your feet. If you are looking for a cuddle buddy, I would love to meet you!
