Meet Roo
This petite little girl is Roo! She is a 4ish month old mixed breed girl who is totally deaf. We are completely stumped at what her breed mix is, but her adorableness makes it not matter so much. She is currently about 20 lbs.
Being deaf doesn't stop Roo! Smart as whip and sweet as pie, she is already learning sign language at her foster home! This little girl loves to snuggle and lives just to please her person. She is food motivated and takes treats nicely. She is great with kids. Roo is being fostered in Palmyra VA.
