Russell is an 8-year-old neutered male with a brown tabby coat and light green eyes. What a wonderful cat, and he is at such a perfect age for most households - not too old, and yet aged to perfection. Keep in mind that many cats live into their 20's. Russell was brought to the shelter as a stray on 11/23/16. He will need a home without other cats as he prefers to be your one and only feline. Since he is a stray, his history is a mystery, but we do know that he is friendly and quite playful. His favorite toys are balls, and wand toys that have a human attached to the other end. His favorite hobby seems to be bird-watching, so he would love to have a cat tree near a window that has a birdfeeder within view. Russell is super sweet and loves to spend time in your arms so that he can rub noses with you. He also loves head scratches, butt scratches, and being petted from head to tail. If he doesn't think that you are done giving him attention, he will reach up to you begging for more. You will definitely want to put Russell on your list of cats to visit with when you are at the shelter. If you don't see him, please ask a member of our staff for help, as he may be in a more quiet part of the building.
